Component Verification

Comprehensive testing of all components for specification compliance, with cell sorting based on critical parameters (voltage, internal resistance, capacity).

In-Line Quality Check

Rigorous monitoring of weld quality, solder connections, and terminal crimping. Complete validation of cell interconnection configuration.

Load Performance Test

Comprehensive evaluation of battery functionality and performance consistency under various load conditions.

Final Inspection

Complete visual and instrumented examination of the final assembled product, precise measurement of electrical specifications, and pre-delivery preparation.
