Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly and installation of battery packs in accordance with the company’s technical requirements.
- Soldering contact elements and ensuring the electrical integrity of battery modules.
- Testing battery functionality after assembly and performing quality control according to established standards.
- Strict adherence to the technological production process and product quality standards.
- Following the production manager’s instructions regarding workplace organization and technological workflow.
- Checking the correct connections and insulation of battery components.
- Participating in battery block testing and calibration when required.
- Performing other production tasks within the battery assembly process.
Requirements:
- Technical education (preferred).
- Experience in assembling electronic devices or battery products is an advantage.
- Ability to work with soldering equipment.
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and discipline.
- Understanding of basic electrical safety principles.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
